“We get it done together” has been our marriage motto for almost a decade. Though we are both in totally different industries, we love working together, spending time together and winning together. We rent the same office space downtown, share our goals and lean on each other to face our fears and go big. We often laugh and I’ll yell, “you gotta risk it for the biscuit!!” from my desk to the conference room because honestly—risk/ going outside your comfort zone is the only way to quantum leap and grow.
This week we were both met with INCREDIBLE news. When my husband told me his news, he said, “Be proud of us, we did this together.” Though I know absolutely nothing about computers, professional hacking and coding, he understands that my flexibility in caring for the kids all day, the homestead, off-grid chores, errands and saying “I’ve got this—you focus!” has helped in his career.
And when I got my big news, I showed him how my obsession with social media and sharing our off-grid lifestyle that he has helped me adopt (honestly y’all, I was so hesitant about living in an RV, getting a compost toilet and even going solar lol) has created opportunities I would have never had otherwise. We do get it done together . His intuition is incredible and I have to remember that sometimes when I’m feeling about certain things .
Exciting announcements to come soon!! Big news leads to big changes and going outside your comfort zone!! To support my big news, I’ve decided to join TOASTMASTERS !! And I’ll be going LIVE here on FB + IG at least once a week too! I’m still debating what to call my weekly show but it will be about off-grid living, personal growth and more. If there is a topic you want me to chat about or are interested in about, LMK! It would be so helpful!!

- Natalie HurtYou guys are such a power couple
- Sheena AlexandraIf you create a FB group and do lives from there before you add people, you can test the waters without feeling pressure – it helps. I also think a group would be beneficial because lots of people want this solution. I have experience with all this if you need any help, please PM me. It gets easier as you do it! I’m excited to hear you talk about this
