You know that part in Castaway where Tom Hanks is going crazy on what the random thumping sound is? Last night, I was helping my hubs install our new snow plow (Cronin Mountain got an upgrade!) in the moonlight with hot chocolate and a sky full of stars (off-grid date night haha) and kept hearing crunching snow. “WHAT IS OUT THERE?!?” I kept thinking. Wild animal nearby?? Multidimensional brings?? Nope. It was snow falling off the trees!!! Haha funny now, but when you are alone in the dark in the Colorado wild, unknown crunching snow is SCARY!! So happy the sun is out with a high of 44 degrees and blue skies today ☀️
