May 12th, 2020 –Being a Morning Person

What is your morning routine? For the past 3 years, I’ve been embracing the morning person side of me. I never thought I’d ever be a morning person, but by simply changing the way I supplement the switch was easy and I’ve been LOVING morning ever since. Our spring routine includes running or hiking, meditation and listening to something uplifting. How you start your day has the power to change your life! How do you start your day? 🤔👇🏼
