No matter what, start with what you have and where you are! This snow covered box is our mini greenhouse and the rest of our garden is inside. This works because the clear bucket lets in sunlight and it’s right next to our hot water heater so it stays warm *enough* lol. Today, I made my first homestead soup with fresh ingredients from our garden. It’s the little things that make the biggest impacts!!! It’s still dumping snow, so it’s back to plowing but so grateful I’ll have hot soup waiting for me this time haha #experienceiseverything #homesteadlife #offgrid
