February 7th, 2020 – Snow plowing is a WORKOUT!

This storm is kicking our off-grid butts!!! 🥶 My hands, joints and muscles are already sore 😳. Snow shoveling + plowing is an intense 7.5 hour workout. 💪🏼 I’ve literally been downing Form packets to make it through. Form is my fav grass-fed non-gmo collagen protein.
