April 29th, 2020– New Morning Routine

Another 2 mile trail run completed! We are LOVING our new morning routine. Today we added on mediation at the end of our stretching routine and will be continuing this! We LOVED IT! Nothing better than crisp fresh air, exercise and clearing our minds before we tackle parenting, homeschool, work and the next steps in developing Cronin Mountains outdoor adventure side. We definitely feel like we’re juggling with our home build, progressing careers, launching our outdoor adventure company, homeschool, and our relationship—it’s A LOT. But taking a few minutes to get out + run + mediate is making a HUGE impact for our health + success path. Anyone else a fan of morning meditation?
