Manifesting the most AMAZING projects! Today we had an incredible meeting with our bridge engineers on creating a bridge on our own property. They can also help us design our driveway as well! Bundling the project should help us minimize the environmental clearances, which sounds amazing. And I’m at the point in this massive development project where I’m SO GRATEFUL for help and linking arms with experts who can help guide us for success.
We have learned through the refiners fire that developing raw land is a HUGE process. It’s huge for professional developers, and especially massive for first time builders.
Over the past 2 years, we’ve slowly been building and creating our development team—learning as we go and constantly reminding our team that it’s okay to break things way down into simple chunks—this is again, the first build project we have ever done. And as time goes on, I’m more and more impressed with our progress—though it may seem slow to others, we are truly dedicated to this project full time—realizing more and more it will be a multi-million dollar project by the end. How amazing is that???
If we would have known from the beginning what it was going to entail—we would have talked ourselves out of it. But here we are. Taking it all one day at a time and one project at a time.
What’s next? Launching our environmental non-profit and partnering up with a huge project with UC Boulder! When I was approached about this project today, it was an instant YES! Things will always work out—often in BETTER ways than you have the knowledge and skills for when your mindset is in the right place!
Let’s do this!!
PS. Thank you for all the positive vibes on my last post! I will get back with you all! Right now we are so happy the incident ended up taking place at the bottom of the Cheyenne mountains—far from us and our son. The suicidal shooter was closer to the Broadmoor than us and he was detained successfully and hopefully is getting the care he needs to feel better
