The fastest way for me to de-clutter my mind, is CLEANING! Anyone else??
I may have… done 7 loads of laundry (figured now was great for all sheets + bedding), done all the dishes, took a full truck load of trash to our trash company drop off, cleaned + vacuumed + washed the truck + car seats, AND took the time to boil almost 15 gallons of water so everyone could bathe. And swept. And purified the air in our camper. And potentially sanitized all surfaces.
Good news is… my mind feels better, I feel better and my environment feels lighter, brighter and refreshing. CLEANING literally is soothing to my soul haha 💁🏻♀️ 🧼 🧹 Now… time to read, meditate, paraliminal + sleep.
